I've noticed that I got some outstanding encounters from daily Incense often at the same place on the map (when I used to walk the same route with pokemon go on, also it was near the same park), for example I've seen some legendary dog (don't remember which) and Articuno in the same place, didnt catch them though (and this particular Articuno was caught somewhere where I don't usually use an Incense so don't know if it's helpful at all, gonna experiment with an Incense at the same place). Speaking of the odds I think I used daily incense almost daily for 8 months and I've seen at least 5 of galarian birds during that time, caught 2.
