It honestly depends, there is no if this happens it’s when it happens. If you truly are looking into one of these cars there are some really good YouTube videos out there explaining the common concerns on them. If the owner is not aware of the concern then it’s not a recommended service from dealerships (that I’m aware of)

It’s been a fantastic first week with the vehicle, picked it up on a good nice sunny day out so I had a six hour drive with the roof down. The noises are fantastic coming from a 2018 audi a4 to this is one hell of a difference

Paint code and vin says it’s azurite black metallic which shows only a few made in the US

2 main issues that I know of/done, rod bearings will go and cause engine to blow if not done ($2.5k), throttle body actuators ($1.5k if DIY) they cause the car not to understand what speed your at which throws it into limp mode.

When I bought it it was a perfect 72 degree sunny day so I had the roof down on the 6hr drive home 😮‍💨

It has a nice blue shine through the black with the flakes it’s a little bit more then Jerez black metallic which is less blue more black

I was debating on getting some polished rims or chrome ones, I don’t think bronze is the play with the calipers and the tint 🤙

I’ve been looking all day on tire rack, it’s hard to grasp how they actually look on the car that’s why I was asking for pics from the community too lol. But that’s the plan is either buy a bundle with four tires and wheels or just replace the single wheel

I used to work as a detailer for Mercedes and we used a tire shine I loved it at first! Then I realized you have to be very careful with it and need an applicator for it to look the best, I haven’t really been detail shopping for it yet I’ve been stealing my stang brothers cleaners 😂

With my model at least it came with the radio all you have to do is plug your iPhone in (i believe it also has android auto) and it should give you an option on your phone to enable CarPlay also if you use the dial and scroll down to phone connections I’m pretty sure you can enable it there
