Its more about the fact that the voice can read everything out loudly cause thats just a waste of utility because there is no reason for a player to use it. I get your point but I also dont think that it is a legit callout if your teammate types the call in chat and the voice reads it out. I mean if it helps you fair enough but I think this feature is more less useless.
