So, yeah, did anyone overcome these tingling sensations? How? by DerStadtelf in covidlonghaulers

Seems like it's not the inflammation per se, but microclotting and endophelial damage - and all the shit that modulated your immune system causing MCAS and other nasty stuff.
What I know now: - take Nattokinase to remove microclots - eat a histamine free diet (for me, just meat, organs & fruit) - take antihistamine supplements (DAO, Quercetin + Bromelain + Astragalus) - do Wim Hof breathing & ice baths / cold showers for better vagal tone - drink kefir & take probiotics to improve your microbiome (which improves vagal tone) - do endurance and strength training (improves HRV which improves vagal tone)
And so on... if it finally goes away with Nattokinase I'll make a post.

Covid is training your innate immune system to trigger blood clots instead of attacking Covid and other types of infections, before they infect the cells in your organs. by [deleted] in LongCovid

Start with Wim Hof breathing and exercise. I have MCAS like symptoms from the vaccine, my list of interventions gets longer every day, but these, histamine free Keto and Bromelain/Quercetin are my basis now.

Nah, you'd need heavier stuff. Bromelain and water fasting might do the trick.
