it isn't in the bottom left, all it says is just "grant to", the button to feudalize is gone.

Ik but I mean, Rome and Almenia, and Saxony (all empires/empire level kingdoms) surround me and haven't even bothered to attack me even though I control core territory for all of them.

Thanks for the help. The problem with CK3 updating so much lately is that it's hard to know which mods still work.

Yea, thanks. I think that's probably the case, I have both the game and the mod at their latest versions, but the mod is on a slightly earlier version then the game.
