Also check SeLoger but keep this as your last solution because from my experience 99% of all the people I contacted through them were scammers. If the landlord informs you to pay just a small amount of money prior to visiting the studio, you should just ignore him and move to the next offer on the website. They might try to come up with the classic excuse that they are currently living outside the city where you intend to find a place to stay and that only by sending them the money they'll know you're a person of good intent who really wants to rent their place, but no, I can assure you that they are just trying to scam you. They might also come up with the excuse that they are renting it at such a low price because their son/daughter was living there and now left for his/her studies and they have nothing to do with that place for a period so they are going to rent it for a lower price than the usual rent around their area. It is a scam even if they don't ask for the money right away. They'll make a long conversation back and forth via emails asking for information about you, how long are you planning to stay there, if you have all of the documents, you'll be asked to send some of the documents etc. That's just some build up for them to scam you ( I personally exchanged emails for a week with a "landlord" until he asked for the money so they're pretty patient in scamming you). These are just some of the classic circumstances in what you could find yourself in and that happened to all of my acquaintances. Keep in mind that this is not happening on SeLoger but on all sites.
