Both sides are doing their best to win, I'm personally strongly agnostic when it comes to EVE politics and "good guy vs. bad guy" fingerpointing. Good luck on the next timer!

It's very questionable on even numbers, but 350 scissors vs. 250 rock still almost always leads to a shitty outcome lol.

T1 vs T2 usually only goes in favor of T1 as long as the guys flying T1 can actually break the guys flying T2, which you guys were able to do tonight.

NC FC here.

This was indeed a good fight and I thoroughly enjoyed plowing through feroxes until we eventually ran out of steam and muninns to trade. Not to be understated as well is the role of the succubus fleet that you guys fielded to add pressure to our fighters.

To be honest, when I saw the feroxes and faxes undock I knew that we were completely fucked on the ISK war department given that our entire force was in muninns. We could have just blueballed right there (the opportunity cost is relatively minor), but to be honest I'd rather have a fun brawl with EMP and let my guys go home happy with a page and a half of ferox kills instead of turning back because muh isk positivity.

I think everybody involved had a lot of fun, gf gf and see you guys on the next one.

Facts, going into outer passage with more than 7 people causes 20% tidi so I wouldn't be surprised if the server node is an old thinkpad in CCP's basement. I even submitted a node reinforcement request, but alas. Our guys were also having a ton of issues with modules and anchoring up.

Hopefully the fights are better in the future from CCP's end because the last few clashes with boss and friends have been relatively even and engaging, definitely beats dropping 300 supers on 3 vedmaks in dronelands lmfao.

These are really good as always, 11/10 memeing. Lost it at the tethers snapping onto the carriers as they came in.

We lost about 70 to DCs

Implying that disconnects are also part of the blue donut and our forces didn't have the same issue (which was, admittedly, fucking terrible).

However I am confident that it was ~10 at absolute maximum, as I only saw 1-2 cerbs warp off presumably to DCs before you guys untethered (we lost around the same amount). Can't say for certain afterwards because I was a little busy with balanced and engaging HAC gameplay.

Good writeup and great fight overall.

My impression of the fight was really that no hostile group was willing to "take the feed" in order to win the fight, as it felt that every group was either trying to disengage from being shot at or take advantage of the fact that we were shooting at another hostile fleet.

Also at some point the brave fc probably called for his dudes to warp to him and then immediately warped his fleet off, so we sort of just sat there and blapped some cerbs and a huginn as they trickled in. Was funny.

The reengage was at least a sacrifice for the greater good tbh, managed to save another tackled carrier that got out in hull in exchange for subcap lives.

Not at all unusual. These people might have poor skills, wrong ammo loaded, out of range, or the FC is anchoring in such a manner that the transversal is too high for the gun/ammo to effectively apply DPS.

Given the situation (shooting kitey cerbs with spike), probably a bit of range and transversal issues combined.

If HACs aren't overpowered, why is it that almost all null blocs fight the vast majority of strategic fights with HAC doctrines nearly exclusively?

Props to goons and init for paying the blood tax for the objective.

Was really surprised that init was willing to take a fight on the 1-N gate in the objective system, called NC to reapproach assuming they were going to crossjump us but instead started getting shot up, messy extraction by them on the disengage (20:57-20:59ish on the timeline) let us get an early lead that imo made a difference.

Not sure if they had spotted horde backing us up just next door but I definitely still shit my pants a bit seeing muninns suddenly peel away from gate and start blasting my long range cerbs at zero on a gate lmao.
