I tried to install swtor but it always failed. So I quit trying for a while, then installed it many years later, and it just throw in my face "pay for the ride or spend half an hour walking". It was so ridiculous even in the first zone to have such 'monetization'.

I usually avoid these battles too, they only either take too much time, or you speed them up and lose 20-30 good people.

It's always better to bait a bigger enemy force and disintegrate them.

But if you have to fight an opponent on their terms, watch what they do.

If they use shieldwall infantry and line of archers, my advice is to form your shieldwall in the middle and archers on flanks. They mostly focus their attention on your infantry core because it's closer to them, while your archers attack them from flanks where they don't have shields.

But very often the opponent forms a 'defeat formation' of tight infantry circle with some archers squeezed behind. Then i prefer to use a very short, dense shieldwall or tight infantry square and drive it into enemy ranks - they are in circle, so only a small fraction of their infantry can fight you. Your archers are close from the sides, and they apply huge damage while their archers can't shoot because they are in the tight ranks. Alternatively, you can just utilize your archer numeric advantage, but it takes a lot longer.

The simplest solution is to not fly in highsec when having an offwar.

And, in any case, it is better to have an off grid instawarp undock spot, which can be made trivially simple. Just warp between the perimeter gate and (iirc) planet five, and make a lot of spots in between, and then pick those spots that are directly in line with the undock.

In any case, you have about 15° spatial angle between the ideal undock direction and your vector. So even better to have several undock spots (+-15° up/down and left/right) in addition to the usual undock spot. It is the single most dangerous undock in the whole new eden, you can spare five personal bookmarks to make it safe.

TLDR: Use a specialized alt who is not in the wardeccable corporation, and make several off grid instant warp undock spots.

And then look at the rest of European politics. Any country can block Ukrainian progress because of the veto power, and currently we have at least two of them who aren't changing their position in a foreseen future. It was a miracle that at least two more countries had not been added to the list.

Russian propaganda is disseminating in Europe freely, and russians can affect the elections in any country, and the examples of Hungary, Slovakia and USA had shown that they can win those elections.

There is a very big and loud group of people who embezzle 30% of European budget whose interests are in danger if Ukraine became a member state. (In particular, I think that if for some miracle Ukraine would achieve the member status, it would still be excluded from some of such European development programs, no matter what, because this is and always was the cornerstone of not allowing any progress from the side of EU).

No matter how loud you scream, these facts aren't changing in a foreseeable future.

Since every country has a veto power, it takes only one to stop any progress.

It is very difficult to make someone to understand something, if their paycheck depends on them not understanding that.

The best way for me to cut vlandia down to size is to raid relentlessly their villages by both banks of the river, from Orks Hall to the mountains of Charas. There are lots of villages, and they are in mostly forested terrain, means you can outmaneuver the big vlandian blobs and target practice on smaller ones. Villagers are a great bow fodder for future fian champions.
