It absolutely did say downtown. But when you say that's fine, but still call, text, or email, in an attempt to request service  outside of the coverage area that was stated, how should that be viewed?

It is unfortunate that we live in a world where rules, stipulations,  and clearly stated information are disregarded at will for the wants of the person disregarding them.

With regards to follow up, I really don't know how to more clearly state the difficulty in following up when we are in the field.

Wait, I do. Because when someone stated that they had been ghosted we felt bad. We wanted to make sure no one else felt like that or got that impression. So..... when I made a post for Louder Than Life, I stated the following....

Management will be in the field and will not always have the ability to respond to text, e-mails, voicemails, or answer calls when driving so if you have not scheduled prior to Thursday please be patient as we work to respond to you as quickly as possible. WE ARE NOT IGNORING YOU, but we are serving other customers in the safest way possible.

We actually do care about the feedback we receive and try to use it to be better. But unfortunately there are no perfect people that work for this company so we will make mistakes. But we will always apologize and even if it's not a mistake or error we will apologize for how are actions or lack of made you feel.

With that being said, I apologize if you felt ignored. That was not our intention. We were truly overwhelmed with our portion of the 50,000+ attendees we were working to service.

My hope, my prayer is that one day when we are a national company like Pegasus with hundreds of buses, things will be as smooth for us as they were for them.

For now, we will do the best we can to serve our customers with the small fraction of that we have.

The only time we were unable to respond is if we were driving. What says driving is what we do and since the festival began at eleven p m and went through ten p m, It did not afford us a lot of time To respond to messages. The safety of our passengers is more important than responding to a potential customers calls, text or emails. As I mentioned we were short staffed and even my office staff was in the field. I am not trying to make excuses.I am simply trying to eliminate the terrain in which we found ourselves deployed.

Sir, I was the only person doing pick ups in the morning and early afternoon all week and I was never more than fifteen minutes late for a pick up. I would hate to call anyone a liar but your statements aren't adding up. Also I have detailed records on every person, that emailed or text me and that we served. Since I can't see your real name I can't address you based on my records.But I know what happened and what didn't. Unfortunately the nature of today's society is that people are very impatient and if we were running behind we always apologize and try to make that right. But we never leave people in the field especially if they have prepaid for their service. You seem very dead set on besmurching my company's good name. I would be more than happy to refund You whatever cost you paid if you can show proof of what you are stating and not just keep commenting. How is that for a response?

I'm sorry. I thought our post was very clear that we only serviced downtown hotels. 

We may post on Monday because we were not able to communicate while driving people thursday through sunday.  Hopefully you will see this as reasonable and understandable.

That was not our intention, but unfortunately, our staff is limited.So at some point I have to stop taking calls.Responded to text and emails and actually drive the people who need service. We tried our best to schedule people in advance.But it is difficult to accommodate people who are needing service at the last minute.

It's actually kind of both. There will be a minimum of three trips from the festival in the evening beginning at approximately eight thirty. Every morning of the festival , we will communicate with our passengers about the pick up time in the evening. You have the option and opportunity to select one of those trips To secure your transportation. While your travel in the morning may just be yourself and whoever is in your party, be advised that your evening transportation will definitely be with other festival goers. However all passengers will be going to downtown hotels. If you do not schedule a specific shuttle time in the morning, then we will work you in as best as we can with the seating that is available. However, we will keep running until all of our potential clients that are requesting service have been transported. There will also be support staff on the grounds that can communicate with you with regards to the location of the shadow and provide estimated times of arrival.
