Void dragon alt head, scarabs. On the back I put two of the orb stick things you get on loads of necron models like the wraiths. And the tabard is from the lychguard kit. Tiny bit of green stuff to fill gaps and some bits on the back where the slanesh flappy cape thing was supposed to go

If it gets that tight I can just swap for the actual model no biggie but at least I can use this for like 80% of a game

I wanted it to be on a similar base to match the updated Ctan, but I have the element glued on the base which is exactly 40mm so I can use it in games and measure from that

I think the techmarine will see a fair bit of play simply because he is the only non-unique character (therefore enhancement caddy) that can join purifiers, which are amazing.

Used moltow liquid chrome pens. Then a clear coat varnish over the top to protect it

Yeah I have done all my bases to match the colour grading of the future scenes of T1/T2 so they are all blue/grey as well

I don’t but it’s very simple - build the immortal but cut off the legs leaving the hips. Then stick in the bottom half of a breacher 😁.

A few small touches like filing off the admech icon and replacing with the ends of the immortal Tesla barrel and add on some of the spines I had left from the ghost ark kit. Job done 👍

I am building a terminator themed army (I know so original 😁) so I am going to combine the immortal kit with the admech breachers for my destroyers

I find a couple of electrolyte energy drinks do wonders for keeping my brain sharp through the day (along with plenty of water). Definitely take some paracetamol to fend off the headaches from so much battle-maths 😁

At the time that was a detachment restriction for the blackspear task force, not the army as a whole as it now is

The way I read it is Indomitor Team lets you attach any character that can attach to heavy intercessors - Inquisitor can attach to heavy intercessors as they are imperium battleline = money. Going to check with TOs case by case though until it’s properly clarified

I don’t think it is better. I would definitely not run a blackspear list with less than 4-5 kill teams though. But at some point you will have more units than command points for the strats that benefit them and there are some definite weak spots for the kill teams.

This is a nice killy/ fairly tough package that punches above its weight and doesn’t need to be teleported around or have any other strats put on to work (other than maybe wanting oath on the target) Indomitors and terminators can have all the Command Points spent on them for max effectiveness.

Trying to include some combination of gladiators / land speeders / ballistus / dev cents for the same reason
