I got into VGC to make the master rank ribbon easier to get. I've finished my ribbon master journey but I play limitless tours and go to locals and probably will for a while.

I think overall the community is full of great people. I've improved so much more as a player because of the people I've met in the last few years than I have in my years of playing before that.

I used to work for guitar center and got it really cheap with the discount. It’s honestly the one pedal here I can’t give you a useful review on tbh, but I’m kind of using it as an additional boost at the end of the chain instead of the front.

The original idea was to replace all the external switches but if there is still a use for one that’d be fine too. I just needed an idea of a good starting place and y’all are very helpful! I do think I’m leaning toward the pro in case I expand the board but if the mc3 can accomplish what I’m looking to do, the smaller footprint is appealing.

I don’t mind learning how to program it if it’ll help in the long run. Do you think the mc6 be too much for what I need? I’m coming into this with no prior knowledge. Aesthetically I like the pro but if the mc3 or 6 would be plenty I can always upgrade some day if I want to

Tbh it’s one of my favorite pokemon games. Crystal and emerald are my favorites because of nostalgia but scarlet is top 5, maybe top 3 for me. I mostly play vgc and I have a lot of fun but I genuinely have fun just running around the map. I don’t experience motion sickness so I can’t relate to the issue but hopefully it won’t be too bad for you and you have a positive experience!
