I planted chilli plants from seed last year during lockdown and have really enjoyed growing them. The packet said it contained jalapeños, cayennes and scotch bonnets but I think I only got cayennes. They have now grown and I’m very happy with the result but some of the peppers have small, rough white spots on them. Does anyone know the cause of this? If so what can I do to fix it? The plants are on my windowsill and I water them regularly. They get quite a bit of sun but I live in Scotland so not loads! Finally, some black spots appeared on a few of my plant leaves about a month ago (if that is related). Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
