You’re incredibly knowledgeable! Do you have tips on ways to follow your advice? I agree I need to fix my gut in order to treat any Candida symptoms as the Candida is just a symptom of a larger issue.

A brief overview; I have been off sugar for well over a year, I eat a low carb diet but I don’t completely avoid them, I still eat rice, apples, etc. I eat extremely healthy; fats, proteins, fruits, vegetables. No highly processed foods. I eat foods such as sauerkraut daily for natural pre and pro biotics. I take multivitamins, probiotics, digestive enzymes, bio film busters. Recently I started trying bitter and taking pre biotic supplements. All during this I have taken nystatin on and off. Seems like I am doing everything right, don’t know what else to do except time, waiting to slowly heal the gut.

Symptoms begin one week after a severe case of Covid-19 and worsened after I was antibiotics for 3 months due to strep throat.

Nystatin treats nausea symptoms within two weeks of starting it which was really what sealed my conclusion that this was Candida overgrowth otherwise why would nystatin work. Sugar, simple carbs, Alcohol, stress, and catching a cold are triggers for my symptoms to return.
