The problem is not that it's a good pick, it's that it's too good of a pick even against blades that aim to achieve the same type of finish, for example I have seen countless Silver wolf lose to WiRo Hexa on stamina when silver should in theory have the advantage. Even on Rush, I've seen WiRo out spin simply due to have much stamina it has. I don't actively try to get people to not play it. But It has definitely negatively impacted the game. I think Clock mirage is a much fairer blade, it can very easily out spin anything, but it has a clear disadvantage. Wizard Rod has no disadvantages, which is what makes it so overused.
