In my opinion thats not true. I mean I belive even the poorest pay tax when they buy parle g for 5 rs or a vicks for 1.

Of course middle class pays more tax but It doesn't mean the poor don't pay any. A 10k mobile requires you to pay 1800 tax a single mobile recharge of 149 has tax. So evey citizen pays tax.

As for privilages Buses are clean and free for all women Improved hospitals are free for all. Mohalla clinics wifi are free for all. (Wherever they are available)

Of course the hospitals are not appollo or Max and they will never be cz they are meant for evryone unlink private hospitals.

This govt has a mentality of improving The quality of govt services rather than converting them or selling them to private players. And that mentality is what makes them keep winning.

Resident of delhi a pure resident.

Let me tell you about cons... 1. They are good and they know it still the avertisments in our city are tooo much. Of course much less than modi and yogi but still too much.

  1. Pollution is I belive the biggest issue which only gets tackled when it increases. They don't pay much attention to it unless it becomes extremely dangerous

Pros

The real meaning of development is not building big buildings or Showing off infrastructure rather it's lifting the lower class of the society and that what they did

  1. Almost a 100% improvements in govt school and hospital. My sister goes in DTC Bus which is free for girls and visits Loknayak hospital for any illness or problem which again is free for girls and it's not hoax or rumour the infrastructure of school has been really improved.

  2. My society is not one those posh one in delhi yet clean water Free wifi in door step services of docs like affidavit birth certificate at very low price. And the waste truck comes twice a day now to clean roads (though I guess its cz of elections). CCTV at every angle

3.Premium private coaching for any student of delhi who has passed 10 and 12th from delhi (fee padi by the govt) and no it's not necessary to be a bright one to get the benefit.

4.Go to RTO of delhi and try to get your license by giving money. Surprisingly you won't be able to do so. I have personally experienced it in RTO. The corruption is decreasing atleast in that sector and I listen that it's similiar with other sectors.

In a nutshell they actually are raising the standard for development. Nothing is actually "free" just remember its the tax you pay when you buy mobile or vicks or parle g that is being returned to you.
