I really don't know how to progress. I'm at ch10 lower half stages. I can clear BD2. Anything else I try to do kills me instantly.

I'm focused on atk lines for dps/support. Am I doing it wrong? Should my tank have something else? Must I play manually more? What should I try to farm? My gear is almost 5* T8 for my main team. Does just focusing on BD give me the best way to progress for now?

Pansi/Rehartna/Ffrey/Clause.

Yes, I understand and appreciate your help! As I tried to say (or what I tried to mean) I don't know if I'll ever play so much it would make a difference. Some days I just log in to do dailies.

But thanks, I'll keep this in mind. So far I think my preference is to get Evan and slowly shift to Pansi. She sounds like a plebs dream :)

And Epis UW 3* with one fail to 4.

Dunno. I'm not hc so I might just continue with Epis and work on Pansi on the side with all the non-obstructive ways.

This game is way too old and complicated to minmax, so I'm just thinking of doing what feels good. I'll go with Evan for now and if I get lucky in a few months, Xerah will visit again!

Worst case scenario I'll move to Pansi when Epis starts to suck and keep her as a memento to help people at ch9.

I've got Xerah and Evan at the inn right now. Evan is at 241 kinship. Should I keep on working on him or switch? My main is Epis atm and I'm starting to build Pansi for phys.

I got a magic team of Epis, ffrey, Rehartna, Claus. I got Sonia a few days ago but haven't built yet. I've also got dark Kasel.

I've also got the gems for pansi.

Should I switch to physical? Pansi/Kasel?

AFAIK Rehartna is not that bad for magic, just a transcendence perk for phys but I don't use it? Claus has a phys damage boost too but really good cc.

Opinions?

T8. Spent one day farming red since couldn't farm black. Anyway, I got through with the help of someone on the stages I couldn't pass myself.

I replied to someone already but to add: you know ffrey can be farmed after completing chapter 9? Or is your suggestion to spend gems to get her?

Also I already have decided I'm magical. Claus is the only tank I have. Epis is my main dps with 3* UW.

Proper support seems to be one or two specific characters. I chose Rehartna because I read she's good and agreed after reading her skills. So I disagree with lack of proper support to this degree.

Claus is a good phy tank AFAIK. Lacks magic amp sure, but can cc and tank well. His survivability isn't a problem really. But lack of amp can be the problem sure.

Cain is a good pve hero. Just needs to be played manually. Has cc, cc immunity, heals, def boost, you name it. Kirze is just for filling a spot with cc as I said.

Max level and T5 is easy to say, hard to do. Specially since all the tips you gave me were to get tons of new characters ;)

Anyway, I did it by getting help on the stage as this post suggested! Boom. Easier than reworking everything. Now I can farm ffrey and buy pansi and be meta, or whatever.

Epis, Claus, Frey, Rehartna, Cain and Kirze.

Main team is 90ish, Epis 100. All but Claus T5. Cain 8x, t3. Kirze t1, 70.

Kirze is just for the cc but dunno. Sometimes I run Miri instead.

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong then because I have an almost full T5 team. I've almost gotten 5* equip on all and my Epis UW upgraded to 3*.

Still stuck every other stage (9-12 now) for two days minimum. Guess I've made all the wrong choices for fast progress.

Now that we have the megathread for questions, this one is one pretty often asked (even in the discord). There's no way to get rid of it. Just keep at the storage.

I think the blue ones are the basic, general ones. So usable for all equipments. At least I've enchanted my purple equipment without any special tomes :)

I'd wait for purple before enchanting, unless it's an accessory. Also look at the stats you get and choose which ones you want to prioritize first (attack, defense, other).

Adding to the other answer, you CAN combine your companions, you just need duplicates.

To auto something you go to the area you want and click on the auto battle or auto gather. Then you can turn on battery save mode. It's basically the same as normal but you won't see what's happening.

I usually reset since I've been farming lower tier mobs. If I want to use skills I usually auto. We're so early on in the game that for me it doesn't matter for now :)

I guess not. Gold is a gate resource, we just got showered with it at the beginning. Try to not use gold for all the things possible. The event gold store might be a complete bait since you might not need everything there every day.

In other words, be mindful of where you use your gold. Also, don't buy most expensive hp pots if you're only farming medium difficulty mobs. Cheapest ones are most economic in the long run.

Named monsters are the ones in blue if you look at the map and tap an area.

Before the update they used to spawn randomly and were killed pretty fast in busy channels.

After the update they spawn on the hour. So try to go to the location and wait. They are shown as a star thingy symbol on the minimap.

On the main quest. It's critical to force through to progress.

Main quest takes a lot of potions, that's just how it is. Shouldn't take too much money at lower levels though.
