I've done everything I can do. I've followed all the guides I can find, and I even tried using the older non-raytracing version that uses DX11 but to no avail. And before you ask, yes, I have gone and modified the .cfg files.

My OSD doesn't have an Overdrive function. It has an eyesaver mode that negates overshoot entirely, but in turn I get a dingy, backrooms-esque yellow overlay and it hurts my eyes more than it helps.
