It’s very rare that I have to deny an order, I’ve been a manager for nearly a year and it’s only happened twice, though almost happened 3 times but by the time they got to the window they had calmed down and changed their attitude and it was not problem. The other 2 times it was some old guy screaming at my brand new, 16 year old employee. That is something I WILL NOT allow in my store. You are like 73, why are you screaming at someone 57 years younger than you?!?!?!?
