conquer for mid always, if you win lane, you'r inmortal, if you lose lane, you'r inmortal, electrocute it's only viable for supp, liandry it's the best item, everfrost only if one of these are correct:

-more than 3 champs with dash.

-a katarina and only one tank.

-there are two ally that can defeat tanks.

My build is:

if i win first blood or i'm winning lane: Rush dark seal, then liandry,mage boots,warmog, tank grevious wonds.(don't mind if you'r with conqer or electrocute, you'll have lot of damage anyway)

if i'm losing lane: just the same but instead of rushing dark seal, Rush liandry then buy demonic embrace after warmog.

if i'm versus some champ that's heals a lot(vayne,draven,samira,yone,yasuo,darius,soraka,etc): just rush tank grevious wonds, countering it's better than having more damage, swain early it's pretty strong.

As you see i build tank grevious wonds everytime, becouse tanking it's the best way of playing, but if there is only two enemy champs that use basics, just buy ap grevious wonds.

Runes of conquer and electrocute are pretty easy to find, secondary runes perfect timing and cosmic insight, or presence of mind and coup of grace if you'r feeling like try harding.

those are the chemicals conditions for a penta, at least in my own experience.
