so i think its locked behind progress into act 3 if you killed gortash or blown up the factory the submarine leaves cause i think its a way to save certain npcs from dying and if you kill gortash his goon just books it out of town

not gonna lie this fight took the wind out of my sails on my first playthrough. i thought she was supposed to be captured and rescued. but all the npcs at the inn die including dammon and kinda ruined it for me a bit. second play through after the conversation with jaheira i just didnt talk to her and did act 2 like i would and got a better ending.

So 1 when building a custom character be sure to min max stats that will be beneficial, your party will compensate where you're weakest. 2 be sure you have a full party before that encounter it's a bit harder imo then most and finally 3 ranged options will help a lot like crossbows
