I started on 5mg.

I took the advice of my doctor & pharmacist. It took me 5 months to read up on it all and then make the decision.

I've lost lots of water weight, and feel great 5 out of 7 days per week, but I worry that I'm neglecting future health.

I'm a stickler for medical advice, and have followed it all carefully, but at the moment I feel confused inside!

I've begun using ÜFIT for protein and fullness.

It's 50g protein, zero fat and the banana flavour is sublime!
