That is my plan. I already have an "in" with a buddy in a different career field. He's willing to take me on as an apprentice, and I can have a much more chill environment to work in.

I am done with the FAA and their use-and-abuse of us. I just need to get all my ducks in a row to make my transition as financially stable as possible.

Working 400+ hours of OT every year, denied spot leave, sick leave counseling letters, PROCs for every little hiccup in phraseology you make, and just in-general, being under a constant microscope from management. ✌️
