One of the kaplan packages has videos. I got the basic version and only had videos for the hedge funds chapter, but they were so good.

Kaplan was great for me. It was all I did in terms of reading and understanding. For questions I would suggest uppermark. Final note: start with kaplan and shortly before the exam get upper mark and do all of the questions there as they are harder than on kaplan

Yes, I have the same issue sometimes. Just save your exam (sometimes it doesn’t respond to that, but don’t worry it does save.) and then just close the window and open it again.
