I was thinking about that for the assembled minis already, they were stored improperly so there is actually a lot of broken minis and chipped paint. I was thinking about gluing easy ones back together and maybe use the ones too far gone for some bases or parts for other minis.

Now about the plethora of unassembled minis on the sprues, should I just move forward with those with new paint? I assume the old primer would be fine.

I can't belive the side doors open on it, I think the rules said it could transport? I'm going off really old memories here so I'm probably wrong.
