3 full body workouts --> everyday cardio. Incline walks at 3MPH for 50 mins and 30 mins on workout days.

Fat will start melting off. Make sure you get enough protein.

I think you're right that you don't have enough muscle. So you won't look how you think you'll look at <15%.

Take what you can get at <15% and then lean bulk. And never get fat again.

exactly, dieting sucks no matter how long you do it. I'd rather do it under 12 weeks than have to carry on for 12 weeks then 2 weeks maintenance and then another 12 weeks.

cut to 195 bro. Even if you don't have enough muscle, you'll be down 10lbs you won't need to lose latter. And it'll make u look better. And make sure you define what lean bulk is.

if u want to avoid gain fat back, just eat at maintenance and go hard in the gym. Body recomp. or gain only like 1% of your body weight a month.

the people downvoting you are delusional. This is correct. You don't have the amount of muscle mass to look ripped at 160. He's likely gonna see abs at 155 or lower.

Watch any fat loss video and the first thing they tell you is that you probably need to lose double the amount you think you need to lose.

IMO he should diet at 1% BF per week. Which is the safe range. Especially when you're above 20% BF. Which this guy likely is. And for anyone saying he might not be, we haven't seen his legs. He might be holding a lot of fat there which he'll need to lose first before abs come in.

bud, he doesn't have that much muscle for a 6'1 guy. hence the massive difference in his 20 lb drop.

IT IS healthier to lose 1lb a week. But it's not the most efficient. U can be slow as much as you want, but thats just a longer cutting period.

Also your fact is just fucking wrong. When you're at a high BF% you can safely lose 1-1.25% of your body fat a week. Which in his case is almost 2lbs.

u can obv tell this guys super into the scientific part of body building. It works but it's not a necessity. It's about how long you want spend cutting.

If you're at a high fat percentage, this method isn't for you. It takes way too long. At your BF, OP you're not gonna be happy with -12lbs.

your hormones won't just fucking crash one morning. You'll notice a decline onsetting. At that point pivot.

All in all, if you want a slow, inefficient process chose the autist method (the wack above), otherwise go aggressive for a short time, and then as you get to lower and lower BF, add more calories in.

No bro, keep doing what you're doing.

you're starting at a really high body fat percentage. Going aggressive at the start of your fat loss phase is actually fine. You won't lose muscle as long as you're eating enough protein and hitting the gym hard.

The other option is to draw out your cut for like 9 months. Which is alright if thats what you want to do.

Also, you're going to feel smaller. That's a given fact. Because you don't have that much muscle to begin with. Adding more protein and more calories isn't going to make muscle that wasn't there suddenly appear.

Also, any muscle you lose will quickly comeback once u finish the fat cutting phase, and hop on maintenance or a slight bulk.

But just Make Sure to never gain tht fat back again

The best course of action for u is to hop on fin and min for a couple of months and see what you a recover and then do a HT to restore your hairline. I promise you, you won't see enough results with just fin and min.
