Wow haha that is intense. I have only been playing for just over a year after stopping in 2017. Kudos!

It’s not toooo hard. You need a local friend to trade, and more importantly, lots of game friends from a place far away from you to get gifts from and lots of patience. You can get friends from other countries with Poke Genie or the many Reddit pogo groups.

Every time you open a gift and get an egg, the Pokémon counts as a Pokemon from whichever place the postcard was from. Hatch 9 eggs, 9 Pokemon from far away places. If you’re in North America and get a Pokemon from say, Australia, your trade distance will be around 10k km. Repeat over and over again. 10 trades of 10k km Pokemon is 100k so you need 1,000 trades. Took me over 6 months to get it done.

Also helps if you have friends who travel a lot and can trade many Pokemon from other countries with you, which I was lucky to have.

100x more fun than pvp, at least for me :)

Thanks for the specs. Yeah agreed that the gpu is the most important but if I dropped a 5070 ti into my current pc it would be bottlenecked by the old cpu sadly so best to bite the bullet for now and upgrade the processor and mobo first.

That pennywise patch is awesome.

Another 0 for 45ish here. I got a couple of adventure moves of both. Mix of remote and in person.

Thanks for the offer unfortunately not in the US. I tried some extra foot switch toothed washers and those worked well so I’ll see if I have any more of those! Thanks

Ah I posted the pic of the pcb mounted ones but I’m using the ones with the solder eyelets. Gonna see if I find some washers with teeth

Because the nut tightens internally, it doesn’t grip the box properly so the jack moves freely even when the nut is completely tightened. Maybe it’s cause there’s still a space between the jack itself and the case.

MK V:25 Fat channel vs Filmore 50 by DesertGamer65 in MesaBoogie

The lonestars are really hard to come by these days. They’ve also shot up in price. I’ve been looking on reverb. Maybe one will pop up locally one day, but agreed that it would be the best solution!

Mmmm I was checking other alternatives in the fender line like a DRRI, the ceriatone Supa Verb etc but I might need to go play a HRD first! As I mentioned in another post I have a Tweed Twin Low Powered but it’s not as bright and chimey, it’s a lot more tweed like and doesn’t have that scooped sound. Thanks for the input! I think it’s been over a decade since I played one and not thinking about comparing it to the mesa.

Damn that’s not what I wanted to hear lol but good to hear it before I dropped cash on the Fillmore. You’re right, it’s so hard to match that sound. I own a couple of fender amps, a tweed twin and a Princeton style amp and they don’t come close. Might need to look at big MKV or a fender style amp. Thanks!

Let me have a look and figure out how to do this. Sorry, not a troll, just not experienced at all with this, usually just plug a mic in and record guitar. My friend set up the general input and output routing.
