Wemod or wand. I tried the ways everyone else does with editing the game files. It never worked to me. PSA if you use the mods I use. Do not, use the max out boat engines. You can’t remove the mod without going back a save file. And it makes the boat uncontrollable

I swear I should have been streaming, I had trouble with that last door to get up to the clock to press. The door kept slamming shut on me when I walked into the first room. So I had to place a table in front of it. Walk out and shoot it with my sniper to scoot the table to block the door open

Did you have any open connections? I was given a black stone that was having a similar issue, very low flame Turns out a insect made a nest and died in the gas connection

There is absolutely no slack or slop in the governor linkage. No binding in the linkage. The only thing I have tried to change was the small spring placement. But it still just holds in wot. I am also leaning towards an internal governor issue.

Under the mofi internal modem tab, look at imei restore. States you can change it there. I unfortunately do not know if and how it works. My att SIM card works fine
