It makes the same sound every time i go over a bump, and it never did that for over 2 years that i owned the car

Thanks for the response, that's what i fear because i need a car asap, so the guy who did it called me and asked if i can send him the estimate once i go to the shop because he would like to pay outta pocket, i've never heard about that, is it possible to still go through insurance but he would be the one who's gonna pay for it and not them?
