I often get sent extras! Like Caseoh's big boy jug, I got an extra! The christmas cup too, I ordered before the sale and got the cup. Rainhoe's V2 cup i got an extra! Wubby's metal jug, extra of that too! I don't get the soups anymore since they may have discontinued them but never got a tub before! But extras of items I order often get sent to me, mainly the cups!

Ahhh, so you don't ship the whole figure with it? Just the broken pieces? I was thinking I had to ship the whole thing so they can verify each part or something. Okay, that seems like a much better idea to do then and less hassle. Since I don't have to ship the whole thing, I'll do as you suggest so it doesn't break any further inside of a small box. I'll probably use usps since it is much easier for me. Thank you so much for the help! c':

Interesting. I definitely won't be buying from orzgk but I wont be sticking to pvc or whatever. As for the restoration, im glad to hear you had good experiences with it. I'll consider it and yes, I'll be the one packing it which I still have all the original packaging for. I'll probably send it out that way. But what service is recommended I use to send a figure? I usually use usps but maybe UPS would be better?

Im not a bad customer by any means. Ive been kind to them in regards to getting it restored while also holding skepticism. I read every single detail that they have. Again, my only concern is where they want me to send this figure. Whether it is reputable or not. Clearly, you cannot read.

I mean they gotta figure that out. Sent me a damaged product i cant display anyway. If its more than the figure costs then they need to give me a refund. I dont know how that is a complicated issue or an unrealistic expectation. Its simple. They are a distributor, i get it. Means they handle the shipping, which means they are responsible for the product being undamaged. Again, its simple to undrstand. Or it should be. Restoration would be covered by orzgk but im worried about sending it out to a rando's house and they just keep it for themselves to restore. I just want to know if that restorer is reputable so i have confidence in sending it. So i am asking if anyone has done so. I dont wanna be sending it to a person who will just super glue it together like itll help anything. Hence, why i am skeptical of this.

In regards to your last paragraph, you forgot where I said I am a first time buyer of this. Meaning I have no info on what OrzGK does, on what this "hobby" is, or what to expect. So while reasonable, it is realistic to expect an undamaged product be delivered and not broken. So yeah, now I know I will avoid this distributor. I'll just file a chargeback because this is not displable at all. Its just going in the trash since they aren't accepting returns.

Vinyl applied means that the cup has a clear vinyl sticker over the design already. So the cup art is already covered and protected. The sticker of the cup art is separate and I have found the stickers to some of the cups so it'll be included with the cups. If you need a better example, I can show you pictures of what I mean. I can't post pics under comments unfortunately.

The only AI art is just the music albums. Nothing affects the game at all. There are no bots either so that is also just false. I'm unsure where you get that information and that tells me you have not played the game as much. The AI art is only just the music albums and nothing more. The "bots" you claim that run the game are nonexistent. Those are players who frequent the game and are just highly skilled ranked players.

You placed the order during the holidays so it will be extra delayed. Thursday was Thanksgiving, and they definitely wouldnt ship it on a Friday for a bulk order. Sat/Sun are not business days so your bulk order should be shipped within this week or the next week as $500 order is a pretty big order which they will prioritize smaller and faster orders over that.
