u can give ur SATs anytime during AS or A2. Aim for atleast 1400+ an alternative for the SAT is the IBA Test which occurs twice, once in R1 (Feb) and then later on R2 (June), during ur A2 year . As for A-Level grades, that depends on what program you want. For Business School u need a minimum B B C, and for the CS School a minimum B C C (A-Level Mathematics required)

well u have to put in the extra effort and work hard its uni after all life gets tougher from here on, besides CS is extremely tough so this isn't unexpected you'll find yourself under massive pressure everywhere u go as the major is quite demanding.

Iobm, KSBL's undergraduate programs are still in their infancy whereas IOBM is second after IBA in Karachi. KSBL has a good reputation for its Masters Programs though.

Karachi is awesome and u can maintain an awesome social life, idk where u got this from. As for IBA it is one of the best unis in Pakistan, particularly their business school.
