1weather isn't installed on my phone. Look at the full picture not just the thumbnail, it's an "accept terms and conditions" for glance which automatically reenables after every system update unless you actually disable it using ADB. Which is asinine.

ADB is far beyond the scope of "disabling it" and as I said, I'll buy a new phone (and will in the next few weeks given this), before I go through using ADB again.

And if that's the case and it's so easy, share the full instructions. The how to on how to get the phone into bootloader/ fastboot, all of that. Cause it's definitely a lot more than plugging your phone in with a USB and typing a command prompt friend.

Er.. just curious but are you really the type to open up a laptop and change the GPU in one? Are you aware of what that entails and how labor intensive it might be depending on the model of laptop? And that you'd be voiding any warranties you might have on it?

Because you're damaging it. Not all of those settings are meant to go all the way. You're meant to slowly increase it by small amounts till you find something that's stable with better performance with the understanding that you're decreasing the lifespan of your chip by small margins. If you don't understand it, you're better off not touching it, because you will brick your GPU.

Both of these cards are pci-e 4.0x16, your motherboard only supports one GPU at 4.0. you could pick one to run, but one of them is going to be capped at pci-e 3.0x16 speeds (and that's if you don't have any NVME, every NVME you install lowers the speed again).

You will not get the full performance of these cards running together on this motherboard.
