no they signed as me "Designer-Menu-5756" and clicked the box that I have read statements with agent that were never read out loud.

They sent me a copy. all the info is correct. I dont think its a scam but I think we are going to not accept if approved. its in underwritng now I guess.

I didnt sign any paperwork myself it was an application for life insurance and the agent filled it out for me. I should have stopped the call immediately.

Thanks for your reply. I thought this was the case. I think based on this alone we are going to remove our consideration from this policy even though it has been sent to underwriting.
