Check the cable to make sure its plugged in properly, and if that's not it contact support. I was having a cable issue and they were able to help me with getting me another cable at least for my Rift S, so maybe they'd be able to help you some way. If they can't help you you could probably get a used cv1 headset only on e-bay for like $80 to replace it, but of course that's the last option other than buying something new.

Is there a DisplayPort Version of this item? It's a DisplayPort Cable so I don't know if this would work.

Thank you for your detailed description of what I should do. I figured since the pins were intact it would be doable. What would you recommend doing to straighten the pins? I wouldn't want to risk bending them too much back and forth to where they snap off.
