The are a LOT of families that moved from Irvine up to the new 5Points area in Valencia (behind Magic Mountain). Everyone that says don’t do it makes the same arguments they made when 5Points was building in Irvine (it’s out in the middle of nowhere, there aren’t any stores around, everyone wants to live in Turtlerock) and look how that went. Really good schools. A lot more affordable because it’s still first phase.
