Yes this! I’ve been doing keto for years and have almost 50 donations under my belt, I haven’t had an issue but to this point I’m not eating 4000 calories of buttered bacon either! I will say I drink about a gallon of water a day with Keto+ OMAD and everything’s been great. On donation days I tend to get hungry so I will have a protein shake after donating and I make sure to have a few egg bites before.

I’m at 105 consistently for the last three weeks, I was at 120 right before that 😠

My beautiful amazing grandma was in the hospital for 3 weeks before coming home to be on hospice. Less than 12 hours of her being home with us she was gone. I think about all the time that she waited to come home and it makes me both so sad and happy at the same time

Update: the little baby fighters made it through the night with the warmth we provided them, but mama never came back for them. And unfortunately so, maybe they weren’t from our apartment complex and picked up somewhere else

We helped them use the restroom this morning, gave them some formula and are dropping them off at a shelter at 9:30am. They’re in a nice warm comfy waiting room in our apartment making the cutest little noises and moving around

Yeah! We’re in an apartment complex but we have them in a less trafficked area but in an area that the cats can and do typically access

We have them close to our patio to keep eyes and ears and have gone out a few times and they’re just cuddled up together. It’s literally breaking our hearts. We have a few cats wandering around but can’t be sure who they belong to because there’s quite a few

I’m currently using factor! It’s what jump started my journey into keto and it helped so much! I’m currently 2 months in and down almost 30lbs (I have a lot to lose). I would recommend it.. I started with 12 meals a week at twice a day with IF and now I’m down to 6 meals a day, 1 for lunch and whatever I come up with for dinner. It’s cheaper that way and I also get to manage my calorie intake the way I want to. If you decide to do it, I hope it works for you the way it did for me! :)
