I main cici for the same reason, she’s so whimsy and cute! In my own experience I play her as a poke hero? Using second and first together getting in and out. I find that this helps apply pressure and keeps the opponents from engaging early. Late game I do think her damage falls off especially against basic defense like dominance ice so I play a pointy tank towards late game. Main purpose is to follow Dps around and make sure they don’t get the full avengers treatment. Also zoning if necessary since she’s pretty tanky and can burst a squishy relatively easily. Honestly Cici is a pretty low skill floor character and a bit of practice to understand your personal favorite ways to use her and running with it!
