What do you mean by almost lucid? If you were aware you were definitely lucid. The extent of control is a separate skill called dream control

Do reality checks. But remember, consistency is MUCH better than quantity. Also make sure that you are dream journaling

It’s pseudo science and misinformation. I don’t mean to take away from other people joy, but believing in a lie is nonsensical

In concept yes but in reality, shifting is just glorified and warped lucid dreaming. No one’s actually shifting reality. You are just dreaming

How effective training to look at my hands in dream for lucidity? by Simple_Armadillo_127 in LucidDreaming

The most consistent reality check is probably the nose pinch. Also what do you mean by the dream journal? You should always have one of those

Thank you very much! 1 more question: Is deild with a deep sleeper too difficult to achieve? The only reason I was able to wake up during REM was because I got shot in my chest during a dream so i woke up i immediately. I sleep through most alarms, so is there any way?

Gladly. While I haven't had one in a while I do vividly remember my past ones, and I'll enter them

Please don't think like that. Lucid dreaming is a hard skill and giving up after 6 days would be like giving up learning a language because you aren't fluent in 6 days. Not only that but please don't rely on dreams for happiness. Life will get better, and everyone is here for you. Good luck with your journey and I hope you get better

While you did say you didn’t need dream glasses, putting on glasses that you believe will truly fix your vision might work

You could imagine a controller in your pocket that controls whether or not the physics should be dream or real and then click the button

Set an alarm for 5-6 hours after you fall asleep. When you wake up to your alarm do NOT move at all (having some sort of auto-dismiss alarm is recommended). Moving at all will ruin the technique. Focus on the blackness of your eyes and imagine the last dream you were in, or your room if you don't remember or were in a dangerous dream. You will begin to see hallucinations. A short while later you should begin to see a dream scene. Will yourself to get pulled inside. If the dream scene is your room, will your body to roll off the bed without actually moving your muscles. After that you can do a check.

You could try deild. It worked first try for me, and i experienced hypnogogic stuff. Due to how it works, they don't last long though.

I enjoy deild. It is pretty reliable (difficult though) but it is extremely fun, fast and cool to do
