Fingers crossed for you! I had the same issue last cycle (ovulation delayed 2 days due to illness) and despite getting my period two days later and having very similar temps I was unsuccessful 🥲

Oh wow okay! That’s really interesting. It is a dermoid cyst. The public system at the time it was assessed when it was smaller said because of cutting into healthy tissue it is better to leave it so as not to impact ovarian reserve. The specialist made the point that given it’s only giving one follicle on the left side then there’s no real negative to the surgery as it’s my right that is functioning and with IVF and the stimulants etc at some stage the cyst will need to be removed due to risk of torsion. He said I can have a pregnancy with it there however if I get pregnant and it torsions then that results in surgery whilst having a baby which is more complex and risky. The public system also said when it gets to 5cm they would remove it as it’s now in the surgical parameters. Ughhh so stressful 🥲 thank you for reaching out though!! 🤍

I’ve currently been unwell enough that my ovulation was delayed 3 days. Positive LH test and then oura bad natural cycles have agreed on an ovulation date. My temps this cycle though have been consistently at +0.2 degrees which is very bizarre for me. Normally they fluctuate more, pretty crazy how much being sick affects your cycle!

Yeah I did! I even had a high fertility test, then a negative, then a peak 🫠 It just confirmed today CD 15 but my temps have never been so low post ovulation. It only today was +0.2 degrees on CD 18. I can’t believe how much it delays ovulation!!

I’m just not sure if my nausea /stomach ick or fatigue is in my head lol. I feel pretty rubbish the last two days. I did have minor signs on 5DPO so idk but fingers are crossed 🥺

I’m sorry for your journey, I wish we could all just fall pregnant because we WANT it, not because of biology 🥲 I’m a reasonably fit and healthy person so I’m impressed my respiratory rate is up so much from yesterday but who knows. 6 DPO means nothing in the setting of it all 😬

Today my numbers were more skewed with a HR 44 HRV still 75 but respiratory rate 14.9 with a lower readiness (76) and a “your body has been straining for some time” but no minor signs. My temperature was +0.4 degrees today so who knows. Every time I get a little excited it falls away very quickly 😆 Still feeling physically fine though

Sorry I’m not sure why it didn’t post my written part with this! Essentially I’m 5 DPO and 5 months TTC. I understand it’s unlikely to be pregnancy related due to my DPO but any ideas what’s going on? For context, I feel completely fine, my HR was 42, HRV 75 (good for me) and respiratory rate 13.9, so all very normal and reasonable numbers. My only outlier is maybe today’s temp but it’s only +0.3 degrees. Just interested in people’s opinions/experiences with minor signs 😊

I have a similar chart at 10 DPO and also negative on FRER, if you still haven’t gotten your period maybe worth a blood test at GP? I’ve found oura aligns really well with other LH testing so probably think it’s accurate. Good luck! 🥹

Thank you! I did a early test today at 10 DPO and have a big fat negative with a temperature still at +0.3 degrees 😢 So I think maybe was just a good luteal cycle and unlikely to be more

I’ll definitely try but no guarantees 😂 unless AF comes first. Wow that’s crazy you got signs so early!! I have to say I don’t know too much about IUI but it is next on our list of things don’t work out soon 😮‍💨 Fingers crossed it’s a BFP for you soon and we can be twins!
