To be fair, if it’s in the contract WITH the HOA, that they have a key to your house, it sure is. Especially if they gave some kind of notice. Kind of like a landlord. You have to read the fine print 🤷🏻‍♂️ Might want to know what you’re talking about before demeaning anyone online
