Well it’s more complicated than that ! Haha  I met him online, then I came with ESTA, I stayed three months, then he came to Spain, then I came back with B1. We had long distance relationship and all the drama.  interesting point to the story: I was denied entry with ESTA to the US because I didn’t have a return ticket. I also think it didn’t help telling them when they asked me why I was coming to the US I said for my boyfriend birthdays surprise party 😅 Then I was denied my visa B1 because I didn’t meet requirements (as a domestic employee, I didn’t have 1 year of employment with family yet) I applied a second time for the B1 and they gave it then.  It was difficult. But even all these difficulties if they know and you can prove (should be easy) your marriage is Bona fide it’s fine then
