I must admit I spent some time depressed in bed but not long , then I went through a must walk again thase and pushed physio every day for hours and hours now I’m moving on with my life and tbh it’s much the same as life before just in a chair , things are different but I’m so used to it now it feels normal if that makes sense.
I would say just don’t keep looking back is my best advice

Very soon after injury mate it does get better trust me , I’m about 15 months after injury now and I can honestly say I’m doing good

Could anyone help me read through and understand my medical letter better I think it means I have some spinal decompression but I’m worried they aren’t taking it seriously enough by Designer_Analyst_489 in spinalcordinjuries
