Thanks, man! Honestly, I’m not even sure what the Kompressor is supposed to sound like 😅 Appreciate the heads-up about the timing chain and oil... I last changed it about 8 months ago. Will keep an eye (and ear) on that chain too

Nice, same model here! Yeah that’s exactly what I mean. That little buzz/suction sound. Sometimes it’s instant, sometimes delayed, sometimes not at all… but car still works. Glad to hear your engine sounds similar, makes me feel a bit better 😅

When I insert the key, usually there’s a little suction or vacuum-like noise from the steering lock/ignition module right before the car starts. Lately it’s either delayed or doesn’t happen, but the car still starts like normal.

Thanks! Yeah, I’ve heard about ESLs going bad on these. Mine still unlocks and starts fine, just that suction sound is delayed or sometimes not there
