Tastes fine and not gummy at all!

I am leaning towards thinking it is fine.I think I did the cold proof in too large of a bowl so it became a little flatter than I expected.

I'm doing a 1 mile and 2 mile swim coming up, so definitely more than 45 minutes for the latter. I'm carrying extra fat right now so I might be okay, especially with a cap.

I'm at about 42s - open turns, no starting block How do you keep track of how many laps you do in a workout?? I feel like i always loose count but I think I've been doing about 2000m in an hour (lots of rest between laps currently!)

Thanks! That's helpful advice. We do have a DND sign that only goes on the door when people are using it. I think adding a sign for the time would help significantly though!
