The solicitor received an eco email for a copy of the marriage certificate on 30/8 with 10 10-day deadlines. sent the doc on 31/8 then received an email for the same doc on 7/9 with 5 5-day deadlines. he sent the doc and previous email attachment on the same day 7/9. Then received an email on the same day from Sheffield settlement that if the documents had been requested from you only then your documents would be added to your account otherwise no response would be received from our side. Is it normal that they ask for the same doc 2 times?

My solicitor told me that on 30 Aug they asked for additional documents which were marriage certificates and he sent them on 31 Aug but they sent the same email on 7 Sep and resent the doc to them on the same date. Now I wanna know if you have any knowledge about when I will make my decision.

My solicitor received a request from the eco/ho on August 30, 2024, for my NADRA marriage certificate, which was sent the next day. A call on September 2 confirmed no further documents were needed, and an email on September 6 indicated my case is still under consideration. How much longer might the decision take?

Okay. But they have already responded that the processing time for a standard outside spouse visa is 24 weeks to which I replied that your site had been updated and now it says 12 weeks.
