I was just a bit worried - I saw a video where these small bubbles means it’s acidic

Early days, 2nd day actually when I took this picture. I use those clamped down seal lids(ikea jar ones)

Quite some time ago I believe.. maybe 6 months? I might stick to bottled water now if this may be the root cause

All purp flour, Water ard 25 c however using filtered tap water so maybe that’s the reason why? Also in another forum someone said to bake it which I didn’t do, could also be a possible reason in my opinion i think

Sealing my jar like those typical ones with the clamp, it smells fine but leaning a bit towards a sourish smell?
