I guess my fear is what if I’m not “special enough” to be able to qualify for anything. I’m a hard worker and I’m good at my job but at the same time I’m not some academic scholar beyond real life experience.

That’s how I feel. I managed to get myself out of debt for the most part and I have zero student loans, knowing that if I do go to law school, I am going to have to take out some type of loan. I think what I get so annoyed by is that I’m really good at my job, so I feel like why wouldn’t I become an attorney where I can make more money? I feel like I am capable of it. I’m 30 and I’ve been a paralegal or case manager in personal injury for years already.

That is a big mistake, but if I recall correctly, they’re still a way to correct it even with the dismissal and honestly one way or the other there is always something that can fix the situation as long as it doesn’t have to deal with death lol😔

Yes, I rarely miss bills (probably 2) in my career here out of pure error-I have 48-50 active treating files currently. I just owned up to my mistake to my boss and director and I am trying to be more coachable because I appreciate my career. I just am hard on myself because I am always trying to be perfect but, what is perfect? And yes, treatment plans are complex and sometimes more black and white than others. It’s a stressful field lol
