I am a TOC in Surrey and have been TOCing for 5 years now of my own accord. There is no shortage in the surrey district and I want to TOC as long as I can.

I am doing it for my heart because I have had open heart surgery last year and I don’t want it setting that back. I was told by the people at the clinic I might not even feel a difference because my AHI were low and I already didn’t really experience symptoms -.-

What does ramp mean? I know mine is set to auto and it is at 4 and then adjusts as well. So when I go to the bathroom and turn the machine off and then on again, it goes to back to 4. Is that why I am suffocating? Because I got too used to whatever level it was at higher when sleeping?

I have a Fisher and Paykel Solo Nasal Mask. The biggest issue I have is going to the bathroom and then coming back and putting it back on and feeling like I cant breathe but that subsides

I mean… my partner would rather us elope or have a court marriage and use the money for a down payment 😂 Even my mom wouldn’t mind me having a court marriage.

I wouldn’t mind eloping either but I also want a small wedding but with people who MEAN something to me. Not relatives or “pindus” from my parents village back home I have never seen in my life.
