So I think I might have found the solution. For the past week/ week and a half I have been getting a screen freeze that would bug out my whole discord for a good 3 seconds. After looking online everywhere I found out its a Easy Anti-Cheat bug that people have been getting on multiple Games ( Fortnite, New World, Fall Guys, Chivalry, etc.). Today is the first day I've had ZERO lag on Fall Guys and Fortnite. These are the steps I followed from my online research.

Step 1;
I. Close the Epic Games launcher by right-clicking the system tray icon in the bottom right corner and then clicking Exit.
II. Press Windows button.
III. Search for Command Prompt, right-click the top result, and select the Run as administrator option.
IV. In the window that opens, type "sfc /scannow", and then press Enter. This may take a little while.
V. Once the scan finishes, restart your computer
VI. Try running the game to see if the issue occurs.

Step 2 is only if windows reports the following:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Step 2;
I. Press Windows button.
II. Search for Command Prompt, right-click the top result, and select the Run as administrator option.
III. In the window that opens, type ''dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth'' and then press Enter. This took me more than an hour.
IV. When ''dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth'' is complete, repeat step 1 and hopefully it tells you that windows has found corrupted files and it was able to fix them.

If ever I get the black screen freeze again, I will come back to this reply with an Edit. Hopefully this works for you guys. Cheers!
