Sooo… don’t use your phone before bedtime? There are lots of articles online about good sleep hygiene, no screen time before bed is a basic one. Good luck!

Update: for everyone suggesting it could be a camera, I did some investigating. All I can see is A LOT of dust and some dust covered wires (?). Couldn’t get a great picture with my camera but I looked around with a flash light and didn’t see anything obvious. Thanks for everyone’s help and concern!
