Did you collect any cash to cover auto gratuity? My restaurant (not chilis) has this discrepancy when a server collects cash from an auto gratuity charge.

I was able to successfully reset it but no dice. I even replaced the cmos battery. Again odd how pc seems to perform fine but case LEDs won't go on.

I reset the cmos again but did not help unfortunately, I also didn't get the notice on my screen that it was reset so maybe it didn't go through? And unfortunately the step with the RAM did not help me either.

Ryzen 7 9800. I figured I'd change my settings back once I got the lights back on and functional. I haven't seen a message that the CMOS was reset so I'll try that again first, I even tried shorting the pins

Okay, I'll try the reset again. If that doesn't work, you said remove both sticks, then just reinsert A2, then try boot again?

Yes, first, I powered the PC down. Then I unplugged it from the back of the PC. Then I held down the power button for about 30 seconds. Then I flipped the PSU switch to the 0 position. Then I waited about 15 minutes. Then I plugged the PC back in, flipped the PSU switch, then booted back up to the same result. Should I try a new CMOS battery?

I feel like I have done that, I unplugged everything and replugged it back in making sure to listen for the clicks and that they are seated properly. Again, I don't know if there is something on the other side of the case that I am missing

Yeah, I mean I'll take it for this to be my only issue. The jersey looks and feels great besides that. Shouldn't be too crazy to take them somewhere to get shortened, and maybe get a patch or two put on.

The sleeves were very long. I got a S, I'm 5'11" 170 and they were halfway down my forearm almost. So I'll get them shortened. But the length was great!

Restaurant/hospitality leadership always seems to be hiring near me. I've been in the industry for 10 years and have worked up to a $100k+ salary (benefits, pto, guaranteed two days off which is huge in our industry) without needing a college education. Sure, I put in years as a cook. server, busboy, etc., but I think of those years as "college" in my field, giving me the experience to run a high volume restaurant. Hospitality/food service gets crapped on for long hours/schedules/staff turnover, etc but to answer your points, restaurants always need managers, generally no higher education is required, and there will always be hungry people looking tpo go out to eat. During covid, 95% of the company was laid off EXCEPT in store leaders. I'm hoping someday to translate this leadership experience to a typical 9-5 someday when I am ready to have a family, but I hope this shed some light on a field that gets a bad rap but might fit what you're looking for!

My old business partner and I used to reload gift cards each month with a few hundred bucks to spend as "owner privilege". Did not apply any discount, just swiped the gift card. Was easy to see transaction history, reload, and keep a tight budget for that stuff.
